Good, but not spectacular, as I like my “doctored” version of the boxed daiya just about as much. If you don’t have a boxed you like or don’t make it at home much, def worth a try. If ya do, save your stomach space for a different yummy menu item.

Also: why didn’t mine come in cast iron?! I do think that would’ve made it better.
