Nice and crispy. Well seasoned. Filling was a bit nondescript - no real texture apart from carrot. Certainly not duck-like as a Linda Mccartney's Vegetarian Shredded Hoisin Duck or similar is. Still, enjoyable enough paired with some extra plum sauce for dipping.
