The broth had a really deep mushroomy flavour which I liked, it had lots of fresh chilli on top which wouldn’t be everyone’s cup of tea but I enjoyed it, but I wasn’t a massive fan of the wheat (I think?) noodles, I would have liked them a tiny bit softer and slurpier… 🍄🌶🍜
