The consistency is pleasantly chewy and the chunks are flavourful. They remind me of ragout from self-restaurants. They're a tad too salty to my taste, so I'll eat them with more rice if I purchase this again.
Apparently it's made with local products and made in Switzerland.
The nutrition facts are not at all bad (except....the salt).
Overall a good product.
