Chayaquiles en La Cueva del Chango — Reseña de Santo_Vegano (9 feb 2022)

Chayaquiles is their vegan adaptation to chilaquiles made with Chaya plant (tree spinach originated in the Yucatan peninsula). Delicious combination! This time I ordered mine on red sauce, come with onions, avocado, vegan requeson (cottage cheese), served with boiled beans. Great food and Friendly service!
