Giraffe has this dish in several versions for non-vegans / vegetarians / vegans. So you need to order the right item under the “green menu - vegetarian vegan” section and select VEGAN in the options.
It can also be spicy or not spicy, as you prefer.
I for one cannot enjoy spicy… so ☺️
It contains #noodles with chunks of soy protein, tofu, green vegetables and cashews. A bit sweet and very tasty 😋
