Masa de Arepa de Buga-Buga — Reseña de Daniel (8 feb 2022)

I accidentally found these arepas in Lidl's frozen section. They are from neighboring El Hierro Island, and soooooo delicious!! Dense, thick cornmeal mass that cooks up great, we had them for breakfast (I am a bit sloppy before my coffee 😅) but they can be split to make a midday arepa sandwich. Only 3 ingredients, and only 0,39€ each. #refugiotheanimalacademy #sinoesveganonoescomida
