this sandwich was delicious! the cauliflower was crisp and steamy, the vegan mayo was great and there was another sauce on the side so it was completely dripping. 🥰 i did put a few jalapeños from the nachos on it. it i could change one thing, the cauliflower kept falling out. smaller pieces might have been easier to eat plus more crunchiness. it was a very filling and too notch sandwich. this place is great, everything is vegan. there was one in my town but it closed during the first lockdown so i took advantage while working in san diego. #sandwich #messyfood
