I finally got a chance to try this restaurant. These nachos were pretty good. I wish it had a bit more pico and a bit less beans, but it was overall satisfying.

They told me that roughly 70% of their menu is vegan. It's not the best vegan mexican food I've ever tasted but it was decent, and not overly greasy.
