The vegan “meat” loaf can be ordered as a sandwich (served in jalapeño corn bread!) or a dinner, either comes with your choice of a side. As you can see from the menu, this loaf is a blend of terrific ingredients, bringing amazing texture and flavor to the dish. The vegan sides…seared green beans and roasted corn salsa are also delicious!
