You can read the ingredients for yourselves in picture 2, so I'll say only that this was #spicy, fragrant, and just greasy enough to satisfy me without overly hastening my inevitable cardiac arrest 😅

I'm usually careful with #udon because I think fat #noodles don't absorb flavour as well. Frying is an acceptable compromise 👍
