Disneyland really put their whole Dussy into this… 🥴 Anyways, these cauliflower tacos were bomb. They were a bit spicy & very flavorful. My favorite part of the whole dish though were the refried beans (Not shown). You can get these at Rancho de Zolcalo Restaurante in Frontierland.
