The patties are nice and think, but do shrink a bit when cooked. They look great cooked though.
They are in plastic that cannot be recycled (or at least not easily).
The taste unfortunately is not good. I don't know what it is, but the sausages taste the same. I don't like it and will not buy it again.
The pea-protein version is great though as I think that's the one they have at Hudson's, but they are more expensive.
