This was fantastic! The texture was super similar to what I remember ground beef tasting like. It was delicious with a splash of oil & a packet of taco seasoning, but had a slightly odd flavor when it was plain (which is why I took a half a star off). I will definitely be buying again for tacos & bowls! Would also be great in pasta dishes.

That looks great! I agree about it having the weird taste plain. It’s always delicious whenever you use some sort of seasoning or sauce, like you did. These are also great for “sloppy Joe’s” too!
