Couldn’t resist a special Fire Roasted Veggie Soup of the day and it was not a disappointment! The tasty vegetable broth is loaded with warm, seasonal veggies ~ squash, zucchini, peppers, green beans, corn, celery, carrots ~ and more! The fact that they’re roasted also adds a charred depth to the flavor that I don’t know if I’ve ever had before and it really is a great spin! 🌽🍲🥕🫑
