The Nachos at Veggie Grill are a great appetizer, great to share or to eat by yourself as a meal.  It features vegan queso sauce, Tex-Mex spiced vegan taco meat, roasted tomato corn salsa, mashed avocado, cholula crema, and pickled chili peppers.  This is one of those dishes where you want to show the picture to your friends who have misconceptions about vegan food.  Or better yet, take them out to lunch so they can experience it for themselves. These nachos are as delicious as they are beautiful!

You can even substitute crispy french fries instead of corn chips for a small extra charge.
