Do you miss stinky, moldy cheeses from pre-vegan days? This is the absolute best fancy vegan cashew cheese. It has a bloomy rind, goes great on charcuterie boards, and pairs perfectly with wine. Honestly, I can't even have it in my fridge because I consume the entire block in two days.
