Baked Shamembert en Roots Lounge Bude — Reseña de hollya113 (26 dic 2021)

Amazing! It doesn’t have the strong Camembert smell but has a lovely creamy texture and a nice rind. Roots cooked it with garlic and rosemary and it’s served with sourdough toast, onion chutney, cranberries, nuts and some salad. A really great sharing dish or on your own 😜 😋
