with the help of my grandma i successfully made vegan tamales for xmas!! de chile verde and rajás 🤤🤤 we make tamales for xmas every year in my family and i couldn’t miss out.
i brought over this shredded and ready jackfruit which made the process so much easier!! it’s amazing how easily you can enjoy your traditional favorites without the cruelty.
the tamales came out delicious B) my family approved as well!! i think i liked the jackfruit tamales better than the rajás oness 😋😋 psss i’ll also insert a pic of los de rajás;-) using chao shreds!
