This coconut milk is sweet and has a super nice texture which is nice when you want to make a shake or make some matcha tea. Their almond has very little carbs but is higher in fats and proteins, hazelnut is not my favourite as it's high in carbs and has more fats than coconut and less protein than almond.
However calcium content and source (natural seaweed) is amazing for all three milks.
The negative side is that it's a bit expensive, especially since it's not even a 1L bottle.
