Vegan Calamari With Tartar Sauce en Itadaki Zen — Reseña de jessskh (9 dic 2021)

Probably one of my favourite dishes of theirs - vegan calamari made from king oyster mushrooms. Not too oily but has great flavour and paired excellently with the tartar sauce.
