Next Level founders, Matt and Cierra de Gruyter, took their big idea and risked everything to see it come to life. Cierra and Matt, a former Marine with a successful private equity career, had a comfortable life for their young family. My sandwich got cold by the time I got to it unfortunately. That said it was still tasty. The brioche bun was soo good as was the ranch dressing the sandwich was dressed with. The chicken was pretty good but I'm sure it would've been better fresh and hot. My own fault. Still very good regardless. Overall this was a very tasty sandwich with a little kick. Probably could use a side to make it a full meal though. I can't wait to try more menu items from this place. So many sound so good. Deff reccomend this place.
