Uh someone pinch me because I think I just died and went to heaven! These things were so amazing that I couldn’t help but have a few before taking a photo (update: it’s almost all gone now). I’ve never had mochi before, but these treats consist of a sweet, flour-like/doughy membrane and a frozen mango sorbet filling! Absolutely delectable! If you like mochi, you can also try the mymochi vegan line. I’ve heard they’re also good.
