Ginger Scallion Noodles (Subbed For Rice) en Momofuku Noodle Bar — Reseña de tiascaz (25 nov 2021)

There is technically nothing vegan on this menu🙄 so they suggested I subbed the noodles for rice on this dish to make it vegan. It was pretty tasty in the end, but still I was a bit disappointed by the whole experience. All the ingredients were nice and fresh but the flavour was very mild.
