I grew up eating Mangal Salad (an Azerbaijani traditional salad), and this is pretty bang on to the fresh thing. The flavours in this are unreal. Just add some cilantro, a bit of lemon, and some chillies, and go got yourself a bomb salad. The eggplants they used in this is smoked, so it gives it a neat depth of flavour. Def recommend this grabbing this if you see it )
