This was FANTASTIC! The eggs & sauce are pretty neon yellow but they have an amazing flavor. The mushroom bacon was really good (crispy, smokey, and meaty). My non-vegan bf even took a bite and said he was surprised at how good it was. It was a large portion too. Highly recommend!
