Chickpea Scramble en Brik cafe — Reseña de hanve (21 nov 2021)

Chickpea scramble on wilted spinach, served with sourdough bread and aquafaba mayo - a lovely, hearty breakfast at a lovely, trendy spot in Rosebank.

The scramble is well spiced (maybe a touch too intense and garlicky for early mornings, watch out 😉). The aquafaba dip was the highlight! Also, how pretty are the sprinkles, consisting of blended herbs, seaweed and Cape flowers?! 🌸
