Sweet potato noodles salad with courgette spirals, carrot and cabbage, and more greens. This is one inspired salad that keeps me full and satisfied. The dressing is a soy sauce and vinegar thing that’s top.
Bali Bowls is a fully vegan cafe worth multiple visits when you’re in Nîmes. Smoothie bowls, salads sandwiches, hot food, as well as desserts, all vegan, no worries at all. They do a Saturday brunch too!
