Got a build it bowl with: spinach and brown rice as a base; falafel as a protein; hummus, roasted eggplant, and roasted red pepper hummus as dips; cucumbers, kalamata olives, chopped tomatoes and onions, fire roasted corn, pita crisps, and pickled onions as toppings; and garlic sauce. The website has nutritional information for everything that lists everything that’s vegan. So yummy!
