Beef Wellington (vegan) en Kres Chophouse — Reseña de Sara (8 nov 2021)

This was to DIE for. It was amazing! Everything about the Wellington was spot on. Visually stunning. Flavors and textures were phenomenal.
The only criticism I have for the dish is the use of overgrown asparagus. And it was a massive main meal!
