Seitan Schnitzel en Kind Kitchen — Reseña de simonflames (7 nov 2021)

The bread in this burger was probably the best bread I’ve had, at least in a burger. The Seitan is very crunchy and thick, thought still soft on the inside. Great vegan cheese and vegetable choice. All blends very well. The fries are great, not very crunchy, but almost “melt” during the bites, if I can make explain myself. The “mayo” sauce is a nice complement, although I think it’s not very flavourful. Can lead to it being healthier than processed sauces.
