
I'm a fan of #moderntable foods. There has yet to be a pasta or rice that I did not like.
This creamy alfredo style pasta was no exception. Pasta cooked perfectly (with a bit of adjusted timing on my old stove), sauce thickened beautifully (I didn't wait to take the picture so it's still congealing at that point), and the taste was absolutely delicious. An excellent alternative to the cruel-version.
Only three ingredients make up the pasta (rice, lentils, and peas) resulting in 15g of protein per serving. Not a low sodium meal nor low in total carbs, however if feeling adventurous and in the mood for that perfect side to Gardein scallopini (for example) this is it!

Yes! I only had one pasta from them, southwestern I think, but it was very good.
