Sweet Potato & Tenderstem Broccoli Rainbow Bowl en Wahaca — Reseña de Neve 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🍑🐱🌿 (3 nov 2021)

Tb to my birthday meal with my fam (I have a lot of backlogged reviews to make, I’ll catch up soon😭) and I ordered this salad bowl which was labelled V or VE on the menu, so it’s clear and easy to veganise!

The sweet potato and broccoli had an amazing grilled flavour which I looooved, I’ve only ever cooked tenderstem steamed so I’ve defo been missing out on tasting it this way. The other components in the bowl were black beans, (reminiscent to me of when I was in Costa Rica for a month, take me back there any day😭🥺) green rice, slaw, guacamole, salsa & pink pickled onions. A fab fab fab Mexican salad bowl with sooo many amazing flavours, wish I could recreate this to the same level at home! It was £9.25, the cheapest salad bowl as well🌿 would 1000% get this again the next time I’m at wahaca!

Also, the waiter asked if it was my birthday and gave me a free tequila shot!🤩
