It took me a while to get the right ratio to cook with this stock but now I really enjoy it.
I tried it after using vegeta (which comes with a lot of added salt).
Reason of changing was more natural products, less preservatives and enhancers, less added salt. That its organic is a super bonus.
So what I found is that adding slightly more than what the direction says works. And works great as you can add as much salt to recipe as you like yourself.
