This is a pretty traditional chinese product I grew up eating in different forms, pretty much just fresh beancurd sheets folded on itself.
I specifically bought this product #forthedollar, and because of the explicitly 'vegan' claim on the pack.
I'm pre-frying a whole lot for the chinese cooking technique of crisping something up first before braising later, to give you a sort of spongy texture. Maybe chuck it all in a curry or something. But there are loads of way to cook it.
Pretty cheap, high protein, and great texture.
