This is so good. It crumbles. It has that tang. It doesn’t have a weird aftertaste. It melts well. It’s amazing. Trader Joe’s is seriously nailing the vegan products. Super impressed. This was in the cheese case so look there as it wasn’t too obvious for a vegan. I never look at the cheese case so I’m glad I knew where to find it!
