Amazing veganized dish 💚 The spices are just right to make it taste almost TOO much like the original non vegan dish 🇲🇽 This typical dish from the north of Mexico is rare to find and I’m glad to say it was worth the wait 😁 Very satisfying too 👌🏼 #veganisnotscary #veganin2021
