Next Level founders, Matt and Cierra de Gruyter, took their big idea and risked everything to see it come to life. Cierra and Matt, a former Marine with a successful private equity career, had a comfortable life for their young family. Not much to say here. The burger was good, just like any other beyond burger. The cheese was nicely melted and the prices are ok.
