This consisted of massaged kale, marinated chickpeas, toasted pepitas, avocado, pickled red onions, creamy herbed 🐐-free chèvre, dried apricots, and lemon-tahini dressing. With a pleasing mix of flavors and textures, it was wonderful. #saveveganrestaurants
