Pâté forestier en Le Potager du Marais — Reseña de meryl (18 oct 2021)

This dish is sublime. The first bite of the pate melted into my mouth. The flavours melded beautifully with not one overpowering the other. The amount of garlic was perfect for me softening the mushrooms until every ingredient balanced.

Whilst I would absolutely love to have it again there are so many other options on the menu o feel it’s my duty to try them out.

Very highly recommended.
