This was surprisingly good for a vegan cheese. I didn’t know it could taste that much like the real thing! The only downside was that it didn’t melt as well. I will try it again, perhaps as Mac and cheese and see if the method changes anything.
Unlike cheese, this is not a good source of protein. Wish they could figure that aspect out so I wouldn’t have to find something else in its place.
