I grated it on my pizza before baking. It melts but doesn’t go gooey but it really was tasty. I have also had it on toast which is a yummy quick snack. I don’t think it tastes a-lot like cheese but I’m happy to have a substitute with its own taste. It has salt in it so if you don’t like salty food bear that in mind. I loved it and it will definitely be one of the cheese alternatives that I’ll keep using.
