Ok so this was something new fir me, but omg wasn't it AMAZING. Great time.to be alive. After cooking this dish, the taste was somewhere near the chickpea flour omlette, but I prefer this one more. Yummy!

The omelette looks soo so good! Is it too eggy tasting?
Is it like liquid egg or do you have to mix it with water or mylk before using it? Looks amazing 🤩
