Roasted Delica Pumpkin, Wild Garlic Pesto, Rucola, Beluga Capers and Balsamico en Amò — Reseña de neralo (4 oct 2021)

Was recommended by our server as the better vegan option for a pizza, and I’m glad we listened. The pizza dough itself was the star of the show! Expected the pumpkin to make the dish very sweet, but was pleasantly surprised at how balanced the dish was thanks to the rest of the ingredients.
