Review of Hand Rolled Trofie Pasta, Purple Artichokes, Apulian Almond Pesto and Peperoncino at Amò by neralo
Classic trofie pasta gives this dish a rustic feel. Upon serving, the aroma of the sauce was very enticing, and really psyched me up. However, it may have done too good a job cos I ended up being slightly disappointed but the actual flavour, while not bad (it’s actually tasty), was slightly underwhelming.
