Fried Eggplant en DON HO - Social Kitchen & Bar — Reseña de kenneats (26 sept 2021)

Back at Don Ho for this moreish starter, the eggplant 🍆 seem to have gotten more plump and juicy since the last visit. But, I would have preferred it thinner and more crispy. The sweet dark soya sauce is still a gem and can best be mopped up by the eggplant!
