Latke (Potato Cake) Duo en The Conscious Kitchen — Reseña de Megan (24 sept 2021)

Two very cute potato latkes ~ one with vegan cream cheese and smoked carrot lox and the other with sautéed spinach and creamy pulled oyster mushrooms 🍄😋 this dish looked lovely and was super tasty but I thought they could have been more generous with the vegan cream cheese - it was very thinly spread 🥲😂
