Vegan Nachos en The Funky Taco — Reseña de lisaohman (18 sept 2021)

I loved the dish. It had wonderful vegan beans, a creamed corn made with coconut milk, pickled jalapeños, carrots, micro greens and smoky flavored tortilla chips. Sweet and hot! Definitely funky!
