Traditional Mexican Ala-vegan twist en Agave — Reseña de Jazz (15 sept 2021)

I'm not sure what the traditional name of this is but they veganized a dish for us. Inclusive of vegan cheese and vegan pork style served with soft tacos!. Absolutely deliscious! One of my favorites so far!
