Aubergine Parmigiana de The White Rabbit — Reseña de Ellie 🍰🍓🌽 (14 sept 2021)

This was really good, quite tomatoey and full of flavour. The cheese isn't overwhelming and the gluten free pasta doesn't ruin it.

Unfortunately the cooking instructions aren't good - after 3 minutes it was hard and dry, so I ended up having to cook it again and then it was nice!
